We're working with an established and growing business in the automotive sector who are looking for a Junior Logistics Manager to support their busy warehouse operation in Worcester.

What you'll be doing:

1. Supporting the day-to-day running of a dynamic warehouse, including goods in/out and stock control.
2. Overseeing inventory processes like stock takes, cycle counts and audits.
3. Coordinating with suppliers, couriers and internal teams to manage the flow of goods.
4. Helping drive warehouse efficiency, safety, and compliance.
5. Getting involved with the implementation of new Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
6. Providing leadership and support to warehouse staff, including training and supervision.
7. Analysing logistics data and producing reports to assist in decision-making.
8. Being hands-on when needed to support the warehouse floor.

What we're looking for:

1. Some experience in a warehouse or logistics environment - ideally within manufacturing or automotive.
2. A good understanding of stock management, supply chain operations and logistics software.
3. Proactive, organised, and keen to learn - this role offers progression!
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and meeting deadlines.
6. Health & safety awareness in a warehouse environment.
7. Confident with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).

Bonus if you have a forklift truck (FLT) licence and/or a relevant qualification in logistics or supply chain - but not essential.
