Frasia Wright Associates is recruiting a Solicitor for its busy Personal Injury Team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will handle a range of personal injury claims on behalf of insurance companies, primarily motor, public liability and employer liability.

Key responsibilities include interviewing witnesses, drafting statements and instructing experts, gathering instructions through to resolution, preparing client reports, drafting letters and court documents, and ensuring billing compliance.

Formación

• NQ to 4 years' PQE in motor-related claims.
• Experience in personal injury litigation.

Responsabilidades

• Acting upon instructions, to prepare and investigate the facts surrounding the claim including interviewing witnesses, preparing statements and instructing/ liaising with expert witnesses.
• To obtain instructions and to follow through to research resolution.
• To prepare reports for clients, ensuring that all relevant information is gathered and appropriately collated in case management systems.
• To draft letters, court documents and other written submissions.
• To comply with in house billing and financial requirements, specifically the rendering and recovery of fees.
