Overview

Junior Letting Negotiator – Crouch End, N8

Responsibilities

• Registration of new applicants, handling phone, email and office walk-ins.
• Arranging and conduction viewings for properties; effective diary management.
• Negotiation of offers, feedback to landlords, let progression, liaising with tenants and landlords.
• To work alongside the Lettings Administrator and ensure that all lets are legally compliant and administered effectively.
• Canvassing.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Minimum one year lettings experience.
• Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment.
• Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way.
• Enjoy working in a team environment.
• A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually.
• Have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment.
• Obtain a full valid UK driving licence.

Hours

The hours will be: Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9am to 6pm; Wednesday and Thursday 9:00am to 6:30pm; Saturdays 10am to 4pm.

Salary

Basic Salary: up to £19,000 per annum + use of pool car. OTE of around £35,000.
