Owen Reed is looking to recruit a Junior Legal PA to join the Private Wealth team in Exeter for a top law firm in Exeter.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic individual with 1–2 years of administrative experience (ideally from a legal or professional services background) who is eager to develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Role

As a Junior PA, you will play an essential role in supporting fee earners and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing diaries and providing daily reminders of meetings.

  • Arranging travel and booking internal/external meetings.

  • Handling administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

  • Supporting with marketing activities and client meetings.

  • Monitoring emails and post to ensure correspondence is dealt with promptly.

  • Assisting with billing, credit control, and compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules.

  • Providing support to colleagues across other departments when required.

The Candidate

The ideal Junior PA will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Key skills and experience include:

  • 1–2 years’ administrative experience (legal/professional services preferred).
