Junior Legal PA - Real Estate

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote)

Salary: £32,000 - £36,000

We're seeking a Junior Legal PA to join a busy Real Estate team in a full-time, permanent role based in the City of London. Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers, trainees, and business teams

  • Handle tasks such as scanning, printing, filing, and preparing documents

  • Assist with scheduling deeds, submitting searches, and liaising with the Land Registry

  • Manage travel bookings, meeting room arrangements, and courier packages

  • Support inbox and diary management, billing, and client documentation uploads

  • Proactively manage competing deadlines and urgent tasks

Qualifications
  • A recent graduate or someone starting their career in a corporate/professional setting
