Qualifications

My client is a fast-growing, mission-led SaaS company that helps pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and contract research organizations streamline clinical trial processes.

They are looking to appoint a Junior Legal Operations Professional to lead the implementation of their CLM system, manage DocuSign, and improve legal processes.

This is a newly created role within a small team, reporting to the VP of Legal.

Key Responsibilities:

• CLM Implementation: Drive the setup of LinkSquares, including configuration, data migration, and process optimization to meet deadlines.
• DocuSign Management: Oversee internal use of DocuSign, ensuring efficient contract execution and system integration.
• Process Improvement: Develop workflows for contract management and legal operations to boost efficiency.
• Project Management: Monitor CLM projects, track progress, manage timelines, and coordinate with teams.
• Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate contract records, ensuring compliance and attention to detail.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams for CLM adoption and training.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Support legal operations tasks such as vendor coordination and audits.

Requirements include 2-3 years’ experience in a paralegal or legal operations role, preferably in-house within tech or pharma, with hands-on CLM experience, especially with LinkSquares. The role offers fully remote working options.
