Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on improving clinical trial processes for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and contract research organizations.

We are seeking a Junior Legal Operations Professional to lead the implementation of our CLM system, manage DocuSign processes, and improve legal workflows.

This is a new role reporting to the VP of Legal, ideal for a proactive individual with 2-3 years’ experience in a legal or paralegal role, preferably in an in-house setting within the tech or pharma sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CLM Implementation: Lead the deployment of LinkSquares, including system configuration, data migration, and process optimization.
  2. DocuSign Management: Oversee the use of DocuSign to ensure efficient contract execution and integration.
  3. Process Improvement: Develop workflows to streamline contract management and legal operations.
  4. Project Management: Track progress, manage timelines, and coordinate with relevant teams.
  5. Data Accuracy: Maintain precise contract records, ensuring compliance with policies.
  6. Collaboration: Support cross-functional training and adoption of CLM systems.
  7. Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with vendor coordination and process audits as needed.
