- We’re a fast-growing team of 40+, based in the UK (London HQ) and US (Dallas, New York)
About the role:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Legal function at Bondaval. We’re looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and ready to take ownership of meaningful projects from day one. The role is based in London, with a global remit supporting our activities across the UK, Europe, and North America.
Responsibilities:
- Contract Drafting & Review: Support the negotiation, drafting, and updating of commercial contracts, including TOBAs, policy documents, NDAs, and supplier contracts.
- Product & Regulatory Support: Assist with legal reviews for our product suite across all markets—including support for new market entries—and monitor regulatory developments that may impact our operations or product delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to advise on legal queries and coordinate with external counsel to support legal and regulatory matters.
- Documentation & Process Management: Maintain a centralised contracts library, track key legal milestones, and support standardisation and version control across legal documentation.
- Legal Tech & Efficiency: Contribute to the adoption and optimisation of legal technology tools—including AI-assisted contract review and legal process automation—to enhance efficiency, reduce manual workload, and support scalable growth.
