Key Duties for the Junior Legal Assistant include:
File opening / closing
Archive management
General administrative requests e.g. photocopying, scanning, filing
Producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports
Audio dictation
Managing and processing expenses
Assisting in the billing process
Prioritising workloads ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Requirements for the Junior Legal Assistant include:
Experience within Real Estate is desirable
Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
Well presented with excellent communication skills
