Job summary

Client Server Limited in London is seeking a bright Junior Java Developer to join a growing commodities trading firm. You will work on backend Java development with exposure to the full stack, contributing to trading systems, marketplaces, payments and automated bots using Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, TypeScript, React and AWS in an Agile team.

You should hold a 2.1+ in Computer Science and have commercial Java experience, with knowledge of Agile, TDD and CS fundamentals.

Qualifications

• You are degree educated, having achieved a 2.1 or above gained in Computer Science (or similar STEM discipline) from a top tier university backed by A's / B's at A-level.
• You have commercial Java development experience.
• You're familiar with Agile processes and TDD.
• You have a thorough understanding of CS fundamentals such as OOP, Design Patterns, Data Structures, Algorithms.
• You're collaborative with good communication skills.
