Job summary

Network IT Recruitment Limited seeks a Junior IT Project Manager to support planning, coordination and delivery of IT projects. The role offers exposure to Managed Services, Networking, Cloud, and Emerging Technologies, working alongside experienced project professionals to ensure projects meet timelines, scope and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, project administration, or junior project management.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Experience with IT or technology projects and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and tracking activities
• Coordinate project meetings, actions, RAID logs, status reports, and project documentation
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, or dependencies
• Support Project Managers in ensuring projects are delivered to agreed timelines and quality standards
• Maintain accurate project governance and administrative controls
• Build strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project delivery function
• Ensure a customer-focused approach is maintained throughout project lifecycles
• Experience working as a Project Coordinator, Project Support Officer, PMO Analyst, or Junior Project Manager
• Experience supporting the delivery of projects within an IT or technology-focused environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Experience coordinating multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation
• Good understanding of project management principles and delivery methodologies
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach with a willingness to learn and develop
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Exposure to Managed Services, Networking, Cloud, Telecommunications, or Infrastructure projects
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
