Job summary

TDA Telecoms in London is seeking a Junior/Associate Project Manager to join a dynamic, tech-driven team. You will oversee multiple interrelated projects, coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, and help deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a relevant degree and 1+ years in project management, with exposure to technology solutions and PM methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management.
  • 1+ years of experience in technology solutions including datacentre, campus, networks, cloud, security, software, hardware, EUS, etc.
  • Understanding of services offered by vendors such as Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.
  • Disciplined individual with experience in delivery and budget management.
  • Experience working in matrixed organisations with cross-functional teams.
  • Awareness and basic experience of project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
  • Awareness and basic experience of project and PMO teams, tools and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation through to closure
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource plans
  • Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Identify and manage project -level risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Establish governance structures and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress and performance
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication and change management
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Support project managers and team members to build capability and ensure consistent delivery practices

Requirements
Essential:
