Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Junior BIM Coordinator to join a national RIBA chartered practice in Newark. The role focuses on supporting BIM delivery across projects in the industrial sector and developing BIM standards.

You will work with the team to coordinate models and help implement workflows and quality control using Revit and other BIM tools. A degree in architectural technology and BIM experience are required, with strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in architectural technology is required.
• Post-qualification BIM experience within a practice is required.
• Knowledge of BIM technologies and architectural processes.
• Proficient with Revit.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements, quality management, health and safety.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to commute to Newark.

Requirements for the role of Junior BIM Coordinator:

• Degree within architectural technology
• Relevant post qualification experience within a BIM related role within a practice
• Working knowledge of BIM technologies and the architectural processes
• Proficient with Revit
• Knowledge of statutory requirements, quality management, health and safety
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Newark area
