Penguin Recruitment Ltd is assisting a national, RIBA chartered practice in finding a Junior BIM Coordinator for their Newark office. The role involves supporting BIM projects across all stages, developing BIM standards, and ensuring model quality.

The successful candidate will have a degree in architectural technology, strong Revit skills, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently within commuting distance of Newark.

Requirements for the Junior BIM Coordinator:

• A degree in architectural technology
• Relevant post-qualification experience in a BIM-focused role within a practice
• Practical understanding of BIM technologies and architectural processes
• Strong Revit skills
• Awareness of statutory requirements, quality management, and health and safety
• Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Based within commuting distance of Newark
