We are looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Interior Designer to join our team. If you thrive under pressure, love designing immersive hospitality spaces, and want to be part of a creative and dynamic studio, we’d love to hear from you!

Role Overview:

As a Junior Interior Designer, you will work alongside our experienced design team, contributing to every stage of the design process. From creating mood boards and technical drawings to sourcing FF&E and collaborating with contractors, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in high-end hospitality design.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in concept development, supporting the design team in delivering unique and innovative hospitality interiors.

Prepare mood boards, sample boards, and client presentation materials.

Develop detailed technical drawings, including joinery details and elevations, using AutoCAD.

Source FF&E, ensuring materials and finishes align with the project vision and budget.

Maintain and manage FF&E specifications and procurement.

Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Support on-site coordination and assist in monitoring project progress.

Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and UK Building Regulations.

• Be able to prepare and format planning applications for submission to the local authority. In job training will be provided for this.

What We’re Looking For:

A passionate and creative designer with a strong interest in hospitality and F&B interiors.

A portfolio showcasing luxury design projects, preferably in the hospitality sector.

Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E sourcing.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and hand sketching.

An understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.

A degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.

The right to work in the UK.
