Peopleforce Recruitment is seeking a Junior Installation Engineer to join the London-based team. You will support the installation, configuration and commissioning of CCTV and access control systems in a dynamic security environment.

This role targets college leavers or junior technicians with a genuine interest in engineering and technology, offering structured training, hands-on development, and a clear path to professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Full clean driving licence.
• Based in or near London.
• Genuine interest in engineering and technology.
• Willingness to undertake structured training.

Responsibilities

• Support the installation, configuration and commissioning of CCTV systems and access control systems.
• Assist with structured cabling and network infrastructure tasks.
• Work with IP-based security technology and integrated security systems.
• Assist with diagnostic equipment and equipment testing during installation.
• Follow the training plan and develop skills towards relevant qualifications.
