Job description

We are looking for a recruiter to support the recruitment manager during a period of international growth.

This is a temporary role initially for 3-6 months, with potential extension for the right individual. You should be a recruiter with a strong technical background, experienced in recruiting highly technical roles in Software Engineering and Scientific Research. An interest in advancing new technologies is essential.

Your role will involve supporting teams that build industry-leading Quantum computers and software, offering valuable experience in recruiting for vital and interesting positions.

Must-have skills:
  • Recruiting Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years recruiting for dynamic, tech/scientific companies.
  • Passion for Sourcing: Skilled in finding niche talent and using innovative strategies; previous LinkedIn recruiter experience required.
  • Empathetic Approach: Respectful and adaptable in candidate interactions.
