Job Description:

We are looking for someone with a support background who is looking to develop their infrastructure knowledge by dealing with issues across the company focused on Active Directory, Windows Server, and Exchange.

We are working with a company that needs someone to be part of a team providing infrastructure support within a European Infrastructure Team, dealing with tickets, supporting business users, and assisting with the overall operation of the network infrastructure, which will include some low-level projects.

Although this position is a junior role, we are looking for someone who already understands IT infrastructure, ideally with 12 months+ experience within an infrastructure role.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous technical support experience, dealing with users and working to SLA’s
• Strong experience of Active Directory, Office365, Exchange, and Windows Operating Systems
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, Network Infrastructures is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of using call logging systems, raising, and closing tickets.
• Knowledge of Software and Hardware support, building PCs, installing software/hardware.
