The role involves supporting the delivery of new software implementations, providing user training, configuring software to meet specifications, and collaborating with customers to validate solutions and meet user requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex business problems and deliver excellent user outcomes.
• Comfortable demonstrating software processes to large audiences and senior management.
• User-focused with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and champion user needs.
• Ownership of implementation processes and technical issues.
• Effective communication skills for business change and process explanation.
• Business proficiency in Spanish (desirable).

Technical Skills and Experience

• SQL skills, including writing queries and executing simple updates (desirable).
• Intermediate to advanced JavaScript expression writing (desirable).
• Application bug diagnostics, including log analysis and debugging.

Work Experience

• Experience with tools such as Asana, Redmine, Git, and Google Apps (desirable).

Qualifications

• Degree or higher education qualification.
