This position is for a junior administrator at a reputable Wealth Management and Financial Planning firm that offers personalized financial planning and investment management services to clients. This business has been providing tailored, top-tier wealth management services for nearly 60 years!

Responsibilities
  • Offering support to the administration team as needed
  • Answering phone calls, greeting clients visiting the office for meetings, and handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintaining and updating the diary system for financial planners
  • Communicating with clients as necessary to ensure exceptional service
  • Updating client information on the back-office system
  • Preparing client review packs and documentation, and managing post-meeting follow-up actions
  • Handling Letters of Authority and coordinating with various providers to ensure timely processing of new business
  • Drafting Suitability Letters after client meetings
