A leading design company in the UK is seeking a Junior Human Factors Engineer to work on diverse projects, including medical devices and digital products. The role involves conducting Human Factors studies, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring designs meet user needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, understanding of usability principles, and excellent communication skills.

You will be exposed to an array of exciting projects, ranging from medical devices to consumer and digital products, across all phases of development. Working closely with internal project teams and global clients to develop safe and usable devices, ensuring that user needs are considered early and often throughout the design process.
The role involves a range of activities such as desk and field research, use-related risk management, planning and conducting Human Factors studies and compiling results into clear and concise reports, appropriate for client teams and in accordance with regulatory standards.
