The HR Advisor works alongside department leaders and managers to build a partnership with the greater organisation, fostering a more focused approach towards key business matters.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with managers to prepare contract request forms or internal move requests.
  • Guide managers on absences or attendance management, such as advising on occupational health referrals and return-to-work plans, or processing payroll amendments as necessary.
  • Provide support and guidance on investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes, ensuring positive resolution of employee casework.
  • Support the interview process by raising job descriptions and requisition requests for the recruitment team and by participating in interviews.
  • Support in employee relations matters, employee engagement, talent review, or any other relevant duties.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • CIPD level 3 required; CIPD level 5 advantageous.
  • Team player, with experience influencing and coaching managers through processes and procedures.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Manufacturing or union experience is advantageous.
