Junior HR Administrator

We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join a growing business as a Junior HR Administrator. The key function will be to help support the HR Team and ensure all necessary HR documentation is correctly processed within the business. This includes supporting recruitment activities, typing of documentation, taking minutes from HR meetings, and all-round office support where required.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:15 to 16:45, Friday 08:15 to 13:15

Salary: Flexible depending on experience

This Junior HR Administrator job will suit:

  • Someone with a good eye for detail and will enjoy working within an administration function.

  • We don’t necessarily need any prior HR admin experience although that would be an advantage.

  • Strong organisational skills and a good communicator.

The Junior HR Administrator job will involve:

  • Overseeing Occupational Health - arranging annual testing, managing referrals, maintainingthe eye test records to ensure they are up to date

  • Overseeing the onboardingprocess - the administrationbehind this, scheduling exit interviews

  • Maintenance of the First Aid training- responding to request for more First Aiders, shift planning, booking training, retainingcertification

  • Supporting recruitment processes, liaising with recruitment agencies.
