Junior Heat Pump Engineer

Location: London or Home Counties (Hybrid/Field-Based)
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum plus company Van, fuel card and much more.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent


About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Junior Heat Pump Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in either plumbing or electrical work who is eager to develop their career in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.


You will receive full training and support to become proficient in the installation and maintenance of heat pump systems across residential and commercial properties.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of air source and/or ground source heat pump systems
• Support senior engineers on-site with plumbing and electrical tasks
• Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of heat pump systems
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience in either plumbing or electrical work (domestic or commercial)
• A genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainable heating systems
• Willingness to learn and undertake training in heat pump technology
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Based in or willing to travel to London and the Home Counties
