Job description

The Junior CDM / Health & Safety Consultant role is ideal for individuals early in their health and safety career, with some construction-focused experience, seeking to develop their knowledge in a supportive and dynamic team environment. You will join a team of 10 Health, Safety & CDM professionals working on a variety of projects including office fitouts, new builds, and maintenance at key landmarks across the capital and regions. You will have the opportunity to work with clients across sectors such as tech, finance, government, healthcare, industrial, logistics, sports arenas, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver health and safety advice to internal stakeholders and clients.
2. Support the delivery of the CDM Principal Designer role.
3. Advise clients on their responsibilities related to construction works.
4. Conduct health and safety audits on construction sites and client facilities.

Person Specification

• Hold a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent; ideally a member of IOSH.
