Job description

Once For All is a high-growth, cloud-based, SaaS subscription business. Our technology helps our customers to manage their supply chain governance, risk management and compliance. We work across public and private sector and have over 250k customers across the UK across 20 different sectors including construction, transport, retail, hospitality education, facility and property management, manufacturing, local and central government.

Purpose of Role:

  • Contribute to supplier retention by increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Assess and verify supplier submissions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Resolve issues proactively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Undertake Health and Safety assessments and provide advice and support to suppliers.
  • Accurately verify documents submitted by suppliers based on set criteria and agreed processes, offering guidance throughout.
  • Make outbound calls efficiently to:
  • Request data updates.
  • Provide additional information.
  • Resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Provide accurate responses to customer queries, seeking clarification to ensure correctness.
  • Maintain a high level of quality and customer service across all communication channels, in line with company policies.
  • Assist in delivering additional Health and Safety services as needed.
  • Work within defined KPIs and manage personal performance against business and personal targets.
  • Meet regularly with Team Lead to provide feedback and support the improvement of:
  • Customer service culture.
  • Response times.
  • Tools and internal/external experiences.
  • Support Team Leaders and team members with a positive attitude and commitment to high working standards.
  • Collaborate with and support other teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Holds NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, Associate Member (AIOSH).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a busy office administration role, working across multiple systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex documentation.
  • Customer-centric with excellent listening, questioning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive, self-driven, and results-oriented; works well in a team environment.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and quickly learn new systems.
