FASTSIGNS SURREY is seeking a dynamic and motivated Graphic Designer who will work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and Sales and Production teams and will be responsible for designing a wide array of signage and displays for customers.
FASTSIGNS SURREY will train the right candidates in learning the exciting sign manufacturing industry.

• Create, design, and conceptualize sample layouts based on requests from customers.
•Setup print files for production
• Determine dimensional arrangement of illustrative material and copy and select style and size for sign.
• Prepare layouts with 3D views and dimensions for client’s review.
• Prepare illustration and design of materials needed for estimating.
• Provide documentation, detailed instruction, drawings and specification and notes for fabrication and installation requirements.
• Take responsibility for juggling a hectic portfolio of art and design projects to meet tight client and manufacturing deadlines.
• Work closely with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure designs are technically and esthetically accurate.
• Maintain archive of images, photos or previous work for history and examples.

Experience and Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer using Adobe Illustrator
• Solid Experience with graphic design programs like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and other design software
• Precise proof-reading abilities with an eye for perfection
• Knowledgeable about the effective use of topography, colour and visual space
• Effective communications skills, with the ability to listen and persuade.
• Ability to work in a fast- paced environment, multi- task and good time management skills.
• Analytical thinking with very good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Takes initiative, strong work ethic, can execute, and gets things done.
• Formal training in Commercial Art, Advertising, Graphic Design, Product Design, Architecture, or a related field
• English language abilities, both written and verbal.
