The Opportunity

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll be at the heart of our creative process, developing engaging visuals that captivate our audience across digital, social, and in-store experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer looking to elevate their skills in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment. From motion graphics to large-scale campaigns, you’ll bring Sephora’s brand to life through innovative, high-quality design that connects with our community.

You Will Also Be Responsible For:
  • Creating visually compelling graphics for print, OOH campaigns, and physical store installations, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Designing motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media and digital screens.
  • Owning the design of key cultural moments across the calendar, including Eid, Earth Day, and Black History Month.
  • Assisting in the development of email marketing templates and rolling out seasonal campaign toolkits.
  • Supporting the delivery of 360 campaigns, including major sale and fragrance events.
  • Receiving briefs, presenting creative ideas, and collaborating with stakeholders to refine and elevate design concepts.
  • Staying ahead of emerging design trends to support website and digital marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for a creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for digital design. You’ll be excited to push creative boundaries, working collaboratively to bring fresh, trend-led ideas to Sephora’s growing UK audience.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess:
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Acrobat).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design, typography, and motion graphics expertise.
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within e-commerce, beauty, or fashion.
  • Knowledge of video editing, motion design, and animation.
  • A keen understanding of digital technology and CRM, with the ability to suggest new creative solutions.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, or front-end coding (a plus, but not essential).
