Job summary

ME+EM Ltd is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join the Brand & Graphic Design team at our West London head office. You will work across print and digital to bring the ME+EM brand to life on monthly books, packaging, emails, website, social, and campaigns.

You will collaborate with Creative, Marketing, E-commerce, CRM and Retail teams, developing strong typography, imagery and layout. A restless learner with a design eye will thrive in our fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design with a portfolio showing print and digital work.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Comfortable working in Figma and developing skills further.

Responsibilities

• Print design: support monthly books, direct mail, packaging, retail collateral and other printed brand touchpoints.
• Digital design: create assets across email, website, paid and organic social.
• Campaign support: translate seasonal concepts across print and digital executions.
• Artwork & production: prepare production-ready artwork and check layouts.
• Image & asset adaptation: crop, resize and retouch imagery across formats.
• Brand consistency: maintain ME+EM visual identity and typography.
• Figma & design systems: maintain Figma files, templates and components.
• Team collaboration: work with wider design team, deliver projects to a high standard on time.

Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer, Print & Digital

Reporting to: Head of Branding & Graphic Design

Location: Head Office, White City Place, West London

Contract Type: Full Time, 40 Hours Per Week

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join the ME+EM Brand & Graphic Design team. This is a varied in-house role working across both print and digital, supporting the team in bringing the ME+EM brand to life across multiple customer touchpoints, from our monthly books, packaging and retail collateral to email, website, social and digital campaigns. You’ll work closely with the wider Graphic Design team as well as Creative, Marketing, E- commerce, CRM, Social, Retail and other teams across the business. It’s a great opportunityfor someone early in their career who has a strong eye for design, typography and imagery and wants to develop within a fast-paced fashion brand.

Responsibilities:

• Print design: Support the design and artwork of monthly books, direct mail, packaging, OOH ads, retail collateral, invitations, event materials and other printed brand touchpoints.
• Digital design: Create and adapt assets across email, website, paid social, organic social and other digital channels.
• Campaign support: Help translate seasonal campaign concepts and brand direction across both print and digital executions.
• Artwork & production: Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork, checking layouts, typography, imagery, colour and print specifications before files are supplied.
• Image & asset adaptation: Crop, resize and retouch imagery across different formats, markets and channels.
• Brand consistency: Work within ME+EM’s visual identity and help maintain a consistently elevated approach to typography, layout and image treatment.
• Figma & design systems: Support the maintenance of Figma files, templates, components and shared design resources.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with the wider Graphic Design team, responding to feedback and helping deliver projects to a high standard and on time.
• Organisation: Keep working files, artwork and project folders clearly structured and accessible to the wider team.

Skills:

• Experience in graphic design, either in-house, agency-side or through strong internships / placements, with a portfolio showing both print and digital work.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Comfortable working in Figma and keen to develop your skills further.
• A strong eye for typography, layout, image selection and composition.
• An interest in print, materials and production as well as digital design.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working across several projects at once and responding to changing priorities.
• Collaborative, curious and open to feedback.
• A genuine interest in fashion, branding, editorial and visual culture.
• Understanding of print production and artwork setup.
• Basic motion / GIF skills using Figma.
• Experience within fashion, luxury, beauty or lifestyle.
