The Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic in-house marketing and bid team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer early in their career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for bids, presentations, marketing collateral, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with bid managers, marketing leads, and technical teams to bring complex construction concepts to life visually
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all visual outputs
• Assist in the creation of infographics, project case studies, and internal communications
• Support photography, video editing, and content creation as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of professional design experience (in-house or agency)
• A portfolio showcasing strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for clean, impactful design
• Ideally, experience or interest in the built environment, architecture, or construction sectors
• Strong communication and time management skills
