Role Overview:

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll support our design team in creating visually compelling designs for digital and print platforms. This role requires a solid understanding of cross-geography design aesthetics and localization for multi-language environments. You’ll bring fresh ideas, work on various projects, and help maintain brand consistency across our diverse audience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers to develop engaging visuals for social media, email campaigns, digital advertising, presentations, and print materials.
• Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency and contribute creative ideas to enhance the brand.
• Assist with localization efforts for European and APAC markets.
• Provide feedback on design concepts and stay updated on current design trends.
• Support project tracking and workflow using Adobe Workfront.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a graphic designer (internships or freelance work considered).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint, and other design software.
• Knowledge of Figma or similar collaboration tools is a plus.
• Attention to detail, understanding European/APAC design aesthetics, and ability to adapt designs for multiple languages and cultures.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Adobe Workfront is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; additional European or APAC languages are highly beneficial.
