Job summary

Content Guru is seeking a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team at Bracknell HQ. You’ll support the Graphic Designer and work across digital and print projects, building skills in marketing collateral, presentations, social media assets and branded communications.

The role requires a degree in Graphic Design or related field, a strong eye for design, knowledge of typography, layout and colour, plus attention to detail and good communication.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Visual Communications.
• Strong creative eye with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout and colour.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign is advantageous.
• Experience creating or adapting content for digital and print media is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the Graphic Designer with visual concepts for Marketing and projects.
• Produce and adapt graphics, illustrations and layouts for digital and print.
• Create and update marketing materials, presentations and social content.
• Prepare artwork/files for digital and print production.
• Support assets for campaigns, events, PR and internal comms.
• Assist Sales with presentations and targeted collateral.
• Apply Content Guru’s brand guidelines consistently.
• Maintain organized design files and asset libraries.
• Incorporate feedback and grow ownership of design work.

Junior Graphic Designer

Content Guru is a leading global provider of enterprise cloud Customer Experience (CX) and contact centre solutions, and we are at the forefront of the Generative AI evolution.

We are looking for a creative and detail-focused Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their design career to develop their skills within an experienced team, working across a wide range of digital and print projects.

Supporting our Graphic Designer, you will help create engaging visual content including marketing collateral, presentations, campaign assets, social media content and other branded communications.

What we are looking for…

You will have a strong creative eye, good attention to detail and a solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout and colour. You will be keen to develop your technical skills and confident taking feedback to improve and refine your work.

Previous experience gained through employment, an internship, placement or practical projects within graphic design, marketing or another creative environment would be beneficial.

This role is based at our Bracknell, Berkshire Head Office.

Key responsibilities of the role…

• Support the Graphic Designer with the creation of visual concepts and materials for Marketing and wider business projects.

• Maintain organised design files, templates and asset libraries.
• Implement feedback and amendments accurately and efficiently.Build your knowledge of our brand, products and audiences, taking increasing ownership of agreed design work as your experience develops.

About you…

• Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications or another relevant subject.
• A strong creative eye and demonstrable interest in developing a career in graphic design.
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, layout and colour.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign would be advantageous.
• Experience producing or adapting content for digital and/or print media would also be beneficial.
