Junior/Graduate Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Permanent Role - St Albans, Hertfordshire

Our client, a leading M&E contractor operating throughout London and the home counties, is looking for a number of Quantity Surveyors to join their commercial team based in their head office in St Albans.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Ensuring applications are submitted in line with contractual terms.
2. Ensuring sub-contractor payments are made on time.
3. Assisting the commercial team.
4. Monitoring all applications submitted and tracking any rejected works for reissue when appropriate.
5. Pricing all jobs by their appropriate revenue code to ensure correct billing.
6. Producing and agreeing on a monthly application.
7. Monitoring and managing costs to maintain profitability.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified (preferred).
• Experience in M&E sector.
• Negotiation skills.
