Job summary

Monex is seeking a Junior International Project Analyst in London to support the delivery, tracking and reporting of portfolio projects across international jurisdictions. The role provides coordination, analysis and administrative support to ensure projects are well organised, clearly documented, and aligned to priorities.

You will work with the International Project Portfolio Manager and stakeholders to develop knowledge of governance, regulatory considerations and internal processes while

Qualifications

• Understanding of project administration, project plans, action logs and project governance documents.
• Ability to support project planning, milestone tracking, meeting coordination and progress reporting.
• Experience or interest in working in a project-based role within a regulated financial services environment.
• Awareness of regulatory environment in which an FX firm operates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks within approved project outlines, track progress and help governance.
• Provide analysis and administrative support to ensure projects are well organised and clearly documented.
• Support stakeholders across jurisdictions to capture requirements and prepare information for management and the Executive Board.
