About the job:

Supporting the Global Credit and UK GM COO based in London, responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and executing the GM & Credit strategy, budgets, and business plans.
  • Monitoring unit activity, results, and positioning, ensuring adequate resources to meet business goals.
  • Collaborating with control and support functions to achieve operational excellence, including process improvements.

The candidate should possess:

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of industry experience, preferably in global markets or banking within international investment banks or similar financial institutions.
  • Basic understanding of trade, client lifecycles, and front-to-back flows.
  • Proficiency with email, Excel/Google Sheets, analytical and presentation tools, data visualization, and productivity software. Familiarity with Google Workspace and automation or coding skills is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish skills are an advantage.
