Job description

My client is a geo-environmental and geotechnical firm who operate throughout the country. They are looking for a Junior Geo-Environmental Engineer to join their team based in the Milton Keynes area.


Candidates will require:

  1. BSc in a related degree (preferably Geology), while having an MSc would be a bonus.
  2. Some previous experience in industry.
  3. Full clean driving license.
  4. Able to work alone safely and to deadlines under own motivation.
  5. Able to effectively communicate with clients and other site operatives.
  6. CSCS would be a bonus.

This opportunity would suit someone who is looking to move up from their current Graduate role.


Day to day you would be working as a second engineer on site with a more senior engineer. You would be dealing with monitoring and sampling of gas and water, office administration, and sample preparation.


Candidates would ideally be based in Milton Keynes but could be considered across the Thames Valley / West of England.


The role will involve extensive day travel across south of UK.


Clients are generally small to medium house builders, quarry operators, and industrial/commercial businesses.
