Clear Engineering are currently seeking a number of Associate Electrical Trainers in Dartford as well as numerous other locations across Europe:

The role:

• Deliver high-quality technical training related to electrical engineering
• Manage group learning journeys and progression for engineer training groups
• Achieve performance targets in success rates and timely qualification attainment
• Handle administration tasks related to engineer training, assessment, and quality assurance
• Lead by example in safety performance within the workplace
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), fostering an inclusive culture and environment
• Address inappropriate behavior and actively manage biases
• Maintain own Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to meet current and future skills requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation
• Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery of training solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of occupational experience
