Fashion & Retail Personnel in Hertfordshire is seeking a Junior Garment Technologist to support the Garment Technologists through the fitting and sealing process. The role involves assisting with fit sessions, sample preparation, and maintaining admin tasks to keep the process running smoothly.

Applicants should have experience in garment, fashion or textile industries, especially sealing room work, and possess a full UK driving licence to support meetings in Leicester.

Qualifications

• Experience in sealing room or garment/fashion industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with garment fit sessions and support throughout the fitting process.
• Drive the company vehicle to attend fit meetings in Leicester, taking relevant samples.
• Take photographs during fit meetings as required.
• Support with preparation of sealer samples, fit samples and tags for fit sessions.
• Email customers to arrange and book styles in for fitting and follow up on fit comments.
