Job description

Four Seasons Recruitment are partnered with a beautiful luxury, sustainable womenswear brand that specialises in feminine garments.

This fashion-forward brand is looking for a Junior Garment Technologist to provide support across the growing Technical team.

The Role:

1. Assisting with quality checks and measuring of samples against the Tech Pack
2. Conduct quality control checks at the warehouse
3. Review and assess garment and fabric test reports
4. Writing up comments, providing admin support
5. Ensure accurate comments are communicated to suppliers to ensure the next sample is as expected
6. Prepare pre-production packages (BOM management)
7. Liaise with factories regarding spec requirements and PPS approvals
8. Assist with creating/preparing sample and production tech packs

About you:

1. 3 years in a similar role, some knowledge of Tailoring would be desirable
2. Strong time management skills
3. Knowledge of garment fitting and fitting issues is essential
4. Experience in updating and managing Tech Packs / Production Packs
5. A thorough understanding of grading and grade rules
