The role |

As a junior front of house manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team, own your shifts to enhance performance, and contribute to the restaurant's success.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
  • Is prepared to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach in real-time
  • Has an understanding of managing labor, rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
  • Recognizes and celebrates team achievements on shift
