The Role |

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development, own your shifts, and drive individual and restaurant performance.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting their team and maintaining high standards
• Is ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
• Has an understanding of managing labor, rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
• Recognizes and celebrates great performance on shift
