Junior Front of House Manager - Full Time

The Role

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You will support in coaching and developing your team to reach their potential, take ownership of your shifts to drive performance, and contribute to the success of the restaurant.

About You
  • You are passionate about supporting your team and helping others excel while maintaining high standards.
  • You are ready to run shifts, plan schedules to ensure proper coverage, and enjoy working with and coaching your team on the go.
  • You have an understanding of managing labor, rotas, and are eager to learn about the financial aspects of restaurant management.
  • You are skilled at recognizing and celebrating great performance during shifts.
