Job summary

JTC Group is seeking an Assistant Accounts Officer to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team based in Jersey. The role supports technical analysis, forecasting, and reporting in a fast-paced environment with mentorship and development opportunities.

The position offers exposure to global finance processes, data analysis, and performance reporting, with opportunities to progress within internal finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of high quality, complex and insightful analysis and forecasting.
• Assist with the building and design of performance management reports across various systems and programming languages (previous experience preferred but not essential).
• Analysis and evaluation of data to ensure accuracy of Management Information.
• Assistance with the delivery of projects.
• Performance of various reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
• Delivery of ad-hoc reporting requests whilst ensuring outputs can help management make informed decisions.
• Providing internal support to a global Finance Department.
• Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures.
• Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviours.
• Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.
