STEM Solutions in London is recruiting a Graduate Football Market Maker to join our trading team. Based in a lively North London office, the role blends office work with remote flexibility, offering exposure to live football markets and risk management in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will assist with pricing, monitor odds movements, analyse football data, and learn trading strategies from senior traders. A strong numerate background and passion for football are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least A in Maths A-level and a degree in a numerate subject from a top UK University.
• Interest in football and knowledge of the game.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with data accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live and pre-match football markets and track odds movements.
• Assist with pricing and management of football markets across competitions.
• Monitor betting activity and market exposure to identify risks.
• Support Liabilities management and trading risk decisions.
• Analyse football stats, team news and data to inform pricing.
• React to in-play events to keep odds accurate and competitive.
• Collaborate with trading team to review performance and opportunities.
• Support development of trading processes and internal tools.
• Complete routine administrative tasks to run the trading desk.
• Participate in shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
