Job summary

Dnata is recruiting a Junior Sourcing Specialist - Food at London Heathrow. You will work with procurement specialists to develop category strategies for accountable categories, focusing on end-to-end sourcing and total cost optimization to meet customer and business needs.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, strong negotiation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders, with experience in eProcurement tools. This is a permanent, full-time role within Central Functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in indirect food production sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Prince2 or equivalent project management qualification.
• Analytical and methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of procurement strategy with category focus.
• Develop category plans to drive commercial objectives.
• Manage supplier performance and contracts within scope.
• Utilise eSourcing platforms for tenders and contracts.
• Engage internal stakeholders across Sales, Compliance, Costings, Culinary.
• Monitor delivery and supplier queries to ensure continuity.
