Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Junior Fire & Security Engineer to join a global company in Edinburgh. The role offers a local patch, progression, and training with no overnight stays, plus an attractive package (£30,000 - £35,000 with OTE £45k), overtime, early finish on Fridays, and a company van.

You will service Fire, CCTV and Security systems across Solar, NHS, private and commercial sites, with full training provided for areas where experience is lacking.

Qualifications

• Experience in service or installation engineering.
• Knowledge of fire or security alarms.

Responsibilities

• Install Fire, CCTV and Security solutions.
• Provide training on all systems.
• Cover a local Edinburgh patch.
• Learn manufacturing specifics and other areas beyond current experience.
• Work Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–4:00pm.

Are you a Junior Fire Engineer looking to to work on impressive, large-scale commercial projects where you can make a real impact for a global, market leading business?

Do you want to work a local patch, with no requirement for overnight stays or late shifts?

In this role you will be servicing Fire and Security systems in Solar, NHS, Private and Commercial sites. Full training will be provided in areas candidates are missing experience.

This company are an energy and facilities services provider that designs, installs, and maintains low-carbon heating, cooling, and building systems while helping organisations improve efficiency and reduce emissions.

This role would suit an Service, Installation or similar Engineer with knowledge of Fire or Security alarms, looking to work for a stable, global business that offer a local patch with no requirement to stay away from home.

The Role:

• Installing Fire, CCTV and Security solutions
• Training on all systems
• Covering an local Edinburgh patch
• Training on manufacturing specifics & other areas without experience
• Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm (39 hours)
