Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP in Newcastle is seeking a Junior Financial Systems Assistant to support the maintenance and development of our financial systems, ensuring smooth reporting tools and processes while building technical skills.
You will resolve day-to-day issues in the practice management system (Aderant), assist with testing and implementing new features, and maintain financial reports in Excel, contributing to user training and clear documentation.

We've identified that we can add real value to our clients and gain a competitive advantage when we have meaningful data to analyse, especially when it comes to financial information. We need to ensure this information is analysed regularly and that our existing systems continue to meet the needs of both our clients and lawyers in an ever-changing legal landscape.
We therefore have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Financial Systems Assistant to join our team in Newcastle.
As a Junior Financial Systems Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the maintenance and development of our financial systems. We're looking for somebody who can provide first-line support to users, respond to queries, and elevate more complex issues when needed. Additionally, you'll contribute to user training sessions, promote best practices, and ensure system processes and user guides are clearly documented.
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, technically minded, and eager to learn. You'll be joining a team where your contributions will be valued and your development supported. You'll have an interest in Finance & Data Management, along with strong Excel skills and a keen interest in developing your knowledge of SSRS and SQL scripting.
