Financial Divisions is seeking a junior Financial Planning Administrator to support a wealth planning practice near Maidstone. The role offers hands-on training and exposure to HNW clients, with a clear path to develop skills in client administration and compliance.

You will handle letters of authority, client reviews scheduling, data gathering from providers, and submitting new business. A car is required, 25 days holiday, private medical, pension and life cover are included.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in financial administration.
• Basic understanding of client data handling and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Write letters of authority and valuation for clients.
• Speak to customers on the phone and schedule client reviews.
• Prepare documentation for reviews/meetings.
• Collect data from product providers and submit new business to providers.
• Ensure fee schedules and agreements are signed, stored and up to date.
