Job Title: Junior Financial Planner

Location: Norwich (Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days home)

Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

The Role

We’re representing a rapidly growing wealth management business seeking a Financial Planner to build and manage a client portfolio. You’ll deliver holistic financial advice and support high-value clients, working within a team that combines the energy of a start-up with the stability of private equity backing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide independent financial planning to private clients, typically with assets over £160k.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, generating new business through referrals, networking, and existing contacts.
  • Deliver clear, compliant advice and reports in line with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate across the wider business to create cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and industry awareness.
