At Sanctuary, we provide high-quality nursing and residential care for older people across the country. Our homes offer a wide range of services, including respite, palliative, and specialist dementia care. We're looking for a Junior Finance Process Analyst to support our Commercial Finance team in delivering and developing robust, efficient, and accurate financial systems and processes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting in the development and testing of new financial systems to support business process and decision-making.
  • Ensuring accurate data integrity and controls to meet regulatory and internal standards.
  • Supporting the Commercial Financial Systems team with administrative tasks and process improvements.
  • Help manage relationships with internal teams and external partners, identifying and resolving service issues.
  • Responding to system issues and service disruptions, working with colleagues to maintain excellent customer service.
  • Taking initiative to solve problems and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
  • Contributing to special projects that align with our values and strategic goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a finance or data-focused environment.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and support others.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft application skills, with the ability to analyse large datasets and produce clear, accurate weekly and monthly financial reporting packs.
  • Strong ability to understand, manipulate, and present large volumes of data to meet business needs and respond to ad-hoc requests.
  • A confident communicator with a proven track record of delivering effective solutions and proven ability to improve processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and well-developed data analysis skills that inspire confidence in the accuracy and reliability of the information provided.
